For me, apnea also caused my brain to relive trauma, so I was like reexperiencing it nightly. :/ So 100% awesome.
I'm not a doctor person either, but a full night sleep is awesome. 10/10 worth it in my book. And I think they have "take at home" sleep studies now.
Have you had a sleep study? My CPAP changed my life.
