@ChrisTurk Opera is still using chromium 56, but the tab gets throttled while having batter saver disabled or enabled. /shrugs
That looks like an opera baked thing which would be different. The earliest Chromium 57 I can find is Nov 2016 and that is way before it would be...

I said my test was short lol, doing it longer gave the visibilty API time to check HC and throttle it.

@slothbear have either of ytou tested to see if its affecting the userscripts? I just ran a test (albeit small) on HC and its not throttling that...
