If you use firefox daily and your cookies are deleted daily without you doing it manually AND you do NOT use CCleaner daily, then it isn't...
That probably removes cookies and cache for all your browsers not just firefox. Unless you set it to clear only firefox's browsing history?

You have it set to auto clear history cache/cookies when you close it most likely (it being firefox)
