IMO, it depends on how fast you can read. I'm slow, so I only do them if there's nothing better dropping. Others bank on them, I think.
I'd still love the option to filter my results based on average completion times reported on TV, though. ;)
I think you're right about aggressively blocking as opposed to filtering by TO, and I am going to start that process now that you put it that way....
