It is SO easy to get impatient! I hate waiting. When I make figurines and such from gumpaste or fondant, I have to force myself to let them dry...

I do get a lot of my stuff from there, and I have used their cream cheese. But I've never tried their goat cheese or other "specialty" cheeses.
We shop at aldi all the time for ourselves. I like everything I buy from there. Thus far, at least.
