Many of us who done thousands of A9s in the past have gotten at least a few rejects from the last few batches. Check the TO, it's a recent change.
Yes, as long as you didn't max out yesterday, they are still there.

Mine always takes long, not just an additional second unfortunately.
Maybe it's a combination batch, where you're capped on two of the three, but not the third. Once upon a time many of their Jams were 500 caps.
