Just a final thing, if its been pretty recent, the vet can make him puke and all that if you think it happened.
Also to add any idea how many he would have eaten? If you have a big dog and he ate like 10 grapes he'll probably be ok, it all kinda depends.
If you are super worried grapes sit in a dogs stomach for several hours before digestion so you could talk to a vet...
