Comcast has chosen to enforce it in certain areas......the data caps are a push back with cord cutters.
I have 275 down which is great...just that extra 50 to be uncapped makes my net bill over 100 bucks which is annoying.
Yes it's enforced you either pay 50 extra dollars a month to be uncapped or they will charge you so much for every 50 you go over up to 300 dollars.
