They prob just pulled your quals and didn't block you. Unless the hits say you are qualed but when you go to accept it says not qualed you are...
It doesn't sound like you are blocked unless you actually tell us that it says that you have the qual but when you accept it you still get the not...

You should still be able to see their hits even if you are blocked.
If it says that you are qualed but when you accept it gives the disqual error you are blocked.
