If you are interested in some deep dives into what they tv's can do and such, check out www.rtings.com. They test most tv's out there.
8 series is just a step down but still tons of bang for the buck for sure :)
Their H9 series is pretty damn good actually!
OLED will blow you away with the picture quality. If you are trying for something cheap and pretty great go with TLC or Hisense's topline.
Depends on what you get. Their Nanocells don't seem great in my opinion but if you want an OLED they are the most bang for the buck out there.
