    Haha.. This reminds me. I did a few years as a computer tech at a local mom and pop shop in the mid 90s. Those 120v wires going to the power switches... well, if your AT power supply crapped out, you'd need to disconnect the old power supply 120v wires from the switch and hookup the new power supply 120v wires to the switch. If you get them wrong, it's the same as sticking a fork in the power outlet. Especially with the newer techs, after they hooked up a new power supply and right as they were plugging it in, we'd sneak up behind them and either jab them in the rib, clap real loud, yell, etc... They'd jump out of their skin, especially if they were trigger shy from hooking up a switch wrong recently.

    Sometimes you'd get lucky and the new power supply would come with a new switch but most of the time you were just trying to minimize blood loss due to the razor blade they folded into the shape of a case (ie, stuff was way too cheap to come with a new switch). Modern cases are so much better than cases of those days.

    Me too, I lost the .08 qual a couple months ago. I was making 80 bucks a night for a few weeks. I'm still not over it. :banghead:
