Just make sure that your nutrition is on point. Keep a strong habit of taking a multivitamin daily at the very least.

The fewer foods you eat, the lesser the variety tends to be. And when the variety goes down, you can end up with gaping holes in micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc.), especially if you tend to eat basically the same things every day like I did when I was on a cut and ended up with cardiac arrhythmia brought on by severe potassium deficiency.
