    I can't for the life of me pass that RochesterHCI Qual. According to speedtest.net going to rochester, NY, I have this [​IMG]

    But I can never get past step 3 - i give it complete access to things, but i just get a spinning loading circle on the server return stream.

    Anyone have any ideas?
