    The Bird is trying to finally buy her new laptop this week and suddenly having anxiety attacks cause I can't decide between 2-3. The last time I bought a laptop I basically yelled, "YAY SHINY!" and now I'm clutching my proverbial paycheck breathing heavily.

    The cap changes. Recently they've been really low. Every once in awhile there will be a high cap. I think I got about 300 once.
