    Speaking of nutrition/diets I've tried so many diets and the only one that stuck with me is The Slow Carb Diet / 4 Hour Body. The most ripped I've ever been, and almost never craved carbs, thanks to legumes and the cheat day. And also because of the cheat day my weight loss never plateaued. I just got super ripped. So ripped that I got scared that something was wrong with me because I had never seen veins on my flat stomach before. Hell I'd never had a flat stomach before that. Anyway that's my two cents on the nutrition/diet game.
