And before you say "Why not go to a local community college".. well.. All the colleges in long beach are impacted so you aren't able to get classes ect.

 

The DMV in SLO is also equally fast.

I liked the city.. it was just far too expensive to live in.

no kidding.....bought a condo in 2001 for 130K...sold it two years later for 219K
