We do have our own that we had purchased when we had comcast but we've tried everything to connect it and it never works. frontier has us hooked up to a small white box that then goes into the modem and no matter what way we try to connect our own modem we either don't have wifi or don't have a hardwire connection. and frontier is NO help.
