Red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, veggies, rice wine vinegar and whatever else looks good in the spice cabinet

Lol, I know. Just like Udon is a type of noodles, most commonly served in a soup.

But nope, still don't use forks for those soups.

I do really miss this awesome Udon place in San Francisco (and they gave us spoons!). I've tried to make yummy soup like they did but I can't. Though, the sausage udon soup I make is pretty ok, and I load it with veggies.

This stuff is actually good for instant but they stopped stocking it at costco and it is way too expensive to buy online.

I add mixed veggies, some sort of meat, and a raw egg in every time I make it more or less. Sometimes I also add some red pepper flakes as well and a tiny bit of milk.

I add frozen veggies almost all the time. I feel much less guilty for eating it if I've added a cup of frozen veggies, lol.

At that point you can just throw out the little flavor packet.

I get the 5 dozen egg packs from costco so I always have eggs around. They are so god damn cheap and have plenty of uses.

I don't have a Costco or Sam's near me at all. There are not even Walmarts within the city limits (Minneapolis). I mainly have to use Aldi and Cub Foods and their egg prices are atrocious most of the time.

Prob... but I hate shopping so I get everything from costco.

If you live in the middle of nowhere you might be able to buy shit from a farmers market or something on the cheap.

Apparently they're .64 at my local Walmart. I still have two bowls I haven't eaten. They don't expire until like October tho, so I'm not fussed.

I get mine from a local supermarket. They're $0.49/doz in the summer, $0.99/doz in the winter.

Which is good because I go through an ungodly amount of eggs.
