MTS Hit Finder sometimes don't make any sound on new hit found. Intentional?

 

How strange. I would message them, maybe it's a glitch and they can setup a replacement hit for you.

 

Are you sure it was a brand new hit and not one it had recently seen that came back?

 

All previous version of MTS Hit finder had always pop a sound whenever a new hit shows up. Lately I'm seeing new hit pops such as that affective brain lab about information sources make absolutely zero sound.

If someone has time to walk me through or send me a link on posting hits on here with the right format.... I've tried and failed. I found the information through MTS (I think) on a different computer but the export tab never showed up anywhere in searching hits on MTURK. I have no idea how I'd post this survey , after taking it, the correct way. I can't even find a link now.

Would like to contribute more but struggling with limited time during the day. Thanks for any help

 

Oh I thought it only played the sound if it was something that your log hadn't already seen at least once. Have you restarted it?

Is it getting put in the logged hits but not making a sound? Or not being put in logged hits as well.

The export is only there on the accept page (not panda), the preview page, or the hit search pages. So if you panda it and go to it though the queue, it won't be able to be exported since the groupid isn't available. This should be different on worker since I believe the groupId is available everywhere.

If you run HIT Finder, it will be available in the HFDB if it was seen.

I just didn't like Galileo telling me I couldn't watch porn while doing their hit
