Looking over my pending stuff, there's a 'bartleby t.s.' from 2/13 for $5 that has yet to be approved. It was the HIT that had something like a 4 or 5 minute timer to draw a picture of a combination george washington/exhaust manifold.....anybody get paid for that? I was going into it expecting a rejection based on TO, but $5 for a few minutes seemed like an ok gamble.

There are a multitude of ways to block a worker.. so the answer is simultaneously yes, no, and it depends. But yeah, requesters can input a reason for the block, but its just a string value its not like it carries any excess weight unless an AMT employee manually reviews the blocks applied to a worker's account.
