FWIW I am blocked by Csats..... I can't remember if it was late 2014 or early 2015 but they added that comment BS to them and i went along with the few that suggested not required but it in fact was.

Not saying this is the case now but it was then.

You don't have to comment unless you want to, but if you do, it's helpful to mention the time. I tend to mention a general time, not a specific one - i.e. in the 8th minute...
