    Eh... I assume they are stealing fansubs. Torrent Freak had a story about them being caught doing it a year or three ago.

    Crunchy doesn't steal fansubs. But that is how they started. The bullshit they are doing right now is drastically reducing the video quality 48 hours after the episode has aired. We are talking a service that people pay for.... meanwhile pirates who rip watch the rips 10min after crunchy uploads will keep the same quality.

    (These rips are not considered fansubs however)

    You watch the less active threads that you care about so that you don't miss posts. You can even watch forum sections. (I watch the newbie section to get alerted to new threads)

    That is the one thing that MTC has managed to do a lot better. Go a head and look and they have lots of active threads.. we have a similar amount of active people as far as I am aware at this point.
