Buried deep in the consent form: "Must have lived in Australia for at least 5 years"

Aaaaaaand demographics didn't ask for location. Should I assume the consent page is confused and risk it?

 

I'd do it anyway and then if there's a comments box at the end, tell them about it. I usually do that for like differences in pay rates. I got one requester to give me a thanks for it.

edit: They probably copy/pasted their consent from another one. They do that alot.
