After adding new chrome profiles a couple of times, here is what finally worked for anybody else who might have this issue.

I had to delete panda crazy and related scripts from tampermonkey.
I then wiped cookies, history etc.
I made a new chrome user which I named PC Crazy
I only added PC and PC helper scripts for that profile.
To make sure that I didn't open PC under my regular profile I deleted all of the other bookmarks except PC.
On my regular chrome profile, I deleted PC & PC helper from tampermonkey. I also removed both sites from that bookmark bar.

Now I need to make up for the time I lost!
