I get multiple 1099s, but both those will work for you regardless. The one I posted just lets you use h&r block for free if you make less than 65k.

 

https://www.myfreetaxes.com/ is basically the paid version of H&R block but free. It will give you everything you need with easy clicks. While a proper CPA would be better this is free.

Just report your mturk earnings based on what mturk says you earned and you will be fine.
