What does it taste like?

 

Lived in the town of the Chitlin Hoedown. I was open to it, like I am with most foods, but I just don't like them. No judgment though! I like lots of weird shit.

Ate fried bugs once, wasn't bad.

 

It tastes like haggis.

Thats one of the few things I detest

 

Liver is delicious, though.

it's like sausage made out of that, but way more earthy/gamey/ironey

 

We have a watermelon festival. Sounds like we lucked out here.

I had always wondered

 

we got the garlic one south of here, fucks up traffic for an entire weekend

 

Bugs sound ok, but eyeballs, tongues and brains are gagging me and all I've eaten since last night's tacos are 3 slices of bacon.
Liver is good with onions, but it comes from deep down inside there somewhere.
