Personally I hate Panda Crazy, I love HC. HC tickles me just right.

 

I prefer PC to HC, but that's okay. They're both effective.

 

I'm running into less bugs with HC than I usually do with PC

Right now I'm using HC to catch things, but keeping PC open for the queue watch feature

Welcome to the forum! Using scripts on MTurk can be overwhelming at first. I was hesitant to get started with them when I first started turking, but like everyone has said they make a world of difference.
My suggestion to make them less overwhelming is to look up tutorials on YouTube. There are a some helpful ones for Panda Crazy and the other scripts that turkers use. Watching them several times will give you a better handle on user scripts. After that just keep messing around with the scripts and it will become easier as you go.
