Prolific doesn't offer SMS notifications. (CloudResearch does.)

I use Gmail filters to manage incoming emails. One filter sets a custom "label" on incoming Prolific task notifications. Then I wanted Gmail to issue notifications on my phone, with a specific sound chosen just for those Prolific emails. But with Android 11 and Gmail on my Samsung A20, I cannot choose a specific notification sound for a specific label. My workaround is to forward those emails to one of my other alternate Gmail addresses that doesn't get much other traffic, and then I set the desired notification sound for that address.

 

Installed "Samsung Flow." Wow, this is good for me. Now I can mirror my phone's screen to my Windows laptop or desktop PC, via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi (the connection is local, not cloud). I can also use the laptop's mouse to navigate on the phone (but not to tap/click), and use my laptop's keyboard to type text into the phone. (The typing function is a bit buggy, so I have to type slow and make a few corrections, but it's useful.) — There's also a clipboard sync feature (which is what I was looking for before I found Samsung Flow), so now I can copy-paste across devices.
