I copy pasted the brackets in my response to be safe. Nothing about it in the instructions though. I'm sure if you replaced the brackets with something else - you'd probably be fine. dunno

Brackets are generally a way to indicate the embedding of a variable, so you'd most likely want to replace {priority} with low/medium/high and {Ticket#} with actual ticket #s (### or alpha-numeric, varying cases, whatever)

But thats my answer having not read the instructions or even looked at the HITs, so def defer to the instructions if its covered there.

I've seen that in code too before. I just did with brackets though. One example paraphrased had {ticket#} but I don't know if that was another mistake or an actual example. Otherwise I didn't see anything in instructions mentioning brackets. shrug
