I have no idea how to enter half addresses. They don't work in autocomplete (trying either 118.5 X St or 118 1/2 X St), so logic says throw it in the unit # and get a $2 bonus for it. But instead of doing that I had the bright idea of asking David and he sent me back this (hopefully linking a forum attachment as an image works :S):



If you understand what that means, I'd love some enlightenment because it was unhelpful to me. The parcel suggestion I clipped a SS of shows the 1/2 as a unit #, which I guess indicates that is how it should be done.

That bonus/property ratio is probably fine.. I cherry pick in cruel and unusual ways and @Jesicu is just a good worker who has above-average stalking skills. And by "good work" I mean I'm pretty sure she has a bunch of county clerks tied up in her basement that she tortures for info when her PE dips below $5000/wk. Its the only real explanation for why she is always carrying so many .
