Yeah, it was a pretty expensive gift, but he just loves that sort of thing, and plans on going into computer science. He does use it for gaming but self teaches a lot of other things. And yes, he hugged us a lot. He did save up and bought some Spendy keyboard for it now. He just gave me his old one and programmed his M keys for Mturking. I am finally getting the hang of it.

BTW I am the one with the 800 dollar computer. LOL. He always tells me to take his old one, but I am saving it for when this one goes bust. I have used it for years and it still is going strong.

I sleep in weird bursts - actually, right now, my schedule is wonked real good thanks to VSR, so I'll be around for about 2 hours before heading off to nap again.

If he is going into computer science he should know that it is not at all like what he thinks it is. Computer Science is not an IT degree but is mostly just a lot of math and programming.

He should be set for awhile on his computer though. I personally am actually still using the PC that I built back in 2011 for ~$1000 when I was in high school. I added more ram and overclocked, CPU (i5 2500k to 4.8Ghz) and new GPU (AMD RX480 $170) recently but it still is working great.

Honestly the $1k price range for computers makes a lot more sense to me because you start to get a lot of diminishing returns anyways as it is always expensive to get the best.

I'll prob sleep for a bit soon but I keep getting distracted.. I haven't been able to work on the Jamelios tonight anyways because my brother is asleep and I'm not a dick... but I'm at PE $33.27 while watching anime so meh.

I don't think so but you can use the script to use your keyboard instead. https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/18962-project-endor-jamelio-keybinds

This may be worse or better depending on how loud your keyboard is.

Just become a vampire instead :vampire:

Thanks for that. The only problem is my fingers start to hurt if I do too many repetitive keystrokes. That's why I use the mouse.

Wouldn't the pain on your wrist be worse than the keystrokes?

You might want to look into an ergonomic keyboard or something but I don't know how much that would help with the 10key input on most of them.
