Sure, but it never makes sense to submit without doing any work unless that's explicitly stated, so it's probably best to just hold tight for the work. The timer's more than long enough. She's a great requester, completely legitimate, and has been nothing but excellent with communication, so I'm sure she's just swamped right now with all of the hits dropping and trying to keep up.
