I had done over 1500 hits for them with no problems. I only ever did 4 voice recording hits for them. The block came 2 months after the last one I did. It wasn't a qual pull, it was a full block. They answered me and said this:

"Hi Sean,
We are sorry for the convenience,Unfortunately among the audio recordings you worked on, 80% of the workers who took part in the replay of your HIT invalidated them.
We are really sorry for that.
We thank you a lot for your involvement in our previous HITs and wish you a good continuation Sean !

Best"

I obviously checked each of my recordings and they were fine. Having done the validations, I came across many glitches and had no choice but to mark them as invalid. I suspect this is what happened with mine. Either that or my super crazy Canadian accent was just too much for 80% of the validators.
