    No one should ever be ashamed if their times are slower than the average (I'm trying be better at preemptively hitting people up who I think data is unrepresentative of the average to folks - hence the exercise to begin with), but some people feel bad so don't wanna call someone out who didn't submit to public shaming :emoji_joy::emoji_joy: except I accidentally posted one persons we'll ignore that lol
