    My idea is a gravity machine, so that you can add resistance like a pool without all the wet problem of the pool. So you just turn on more gravity and that's how you get resistance.

    yes...some people love this and could do it over and over, I just personally HATE fixing up houses after the years of doing it- some people..have TLC shows about it and do it as a hobby lol. But yes- you have to compromise depending on where you live- Me? I'll fix up a person or animal. No houses for me anymore. I got burnt out on it and crafts in general. I'm tired lol

    This is pre-1971, so it has like wood paneled walls almost everywhere (but oddly nice kitchen counters and a nice deck), an unfinished guest house I might call more of a guest shed (though, I will shove Matt's mom in there no problem) and a full on old, rundown truck they will be leaving on the property. It's a very old farm property, so it's definitely interesting! Totally fenced though, 8 acres, lots of room for Matt to work on all his crap, etc. I think we could talk the price down well enough too for a few reasons, so I'm gonna prod Matt into going out there with me. The view is amazing too.

    Half the house we lived in when we were in SC was a pre70s wood paneled/brick farm house, so I'm kinda used to the drill anway. :emoji_laughing:
