To be fair, this was 2017

(but it's still accurate)

 

genetics suck, I gain weight super easily .. I have to eat perfectly clean all the time.. then we have people like my wife who ate popeyes, cookies, mcdonalds, KFC, every unhealthy her heart could desire all of her pregnancy, and she gave birth and in like 2 days .. she is back at her size 2 or 3 figure... i ate the same stuff as her and I gained like 15 pounds .. genetics are not fair.

 

Weight gain/loss has very little to do with genetics unless you have some pretty rare medical conditions.

 

Well appetite matters a lot but that doesn't directly change anything.

 

I have the appetite of a large bear. I do not eat like one

Also hypothyroidism, yay! I've only lost my hair 3 times tho!

Unless you're living off food high in calories, but with no nutritional value, in which case lmao you're going to starve yourself to death eventually.

I remember there was one where the participants lived off nothing but McDonalds and they looked so terrible at the end of it I just felt bad for them.
