    My state has a very specific CBD hemp oil-specific law. It's only legal for severe epilepsy and with a hemp extract registration card, which costs $200, has to be prescribed by a neurologist (I'm uninsured), and then filed through the Dept. of Health. Which is bullshit considering it was the first state to lift penalties for those already using it. The legislature is voting on a law to make things easier this week so... fingers crossed.
