not everyone is ready every week to do it, so it is wise to give more quals than needed.
maybe let more people in, but they should have a number in mind to get the best data.

 

I know it's frustrating, but the method you are suggesting could result in half-empty swarms.

what may be even more frustrating is the recently added writing requirements with the dynamic poll surveys but no increase in pay. i miss the surveymonkey surveys where i didn't have to write anything

no, bonuses that aren't guaranteed don't help. and especially when i can't get into every swarm, it's become quite frustrating lately
