It's more for searching for when the forum members mentioned Joe lo or not. I use it at least a few times a week because I have no other apparent option other than going page by page alt_f4-ing it

Do you think there is anything wrong with doing mturk at an hourly job? I just started a new one and they said I can do anything I want(besides porn) since it's just as a computer lab attendant on campus, where it's almost always empty since not a lot of people are on campus. I can't use any scripts or extensions though.

Just curious since it's my third shift and I work 7 hours today and only have so much homework to do before I get burnt out.

Biggest issue / room for improvement:
* If an answer doesn't stick you have to redo the entire HIT.. Its feasible to log answers that don't stick on his end and highlight them red or something but it happens too infrequently for me to bother doing that.

I'm definitely not installing anything since they are the campus computers but I guess I'll just stick with here and the mturk website to find HITs. I'll make sure to share as much as I can this weekend to make up for not being able to export HITs there. Thank you!

This is pretty much the ideal scenario for Turking. So long as your boss is OK with it, all you're doing is increasing your own hourly which is fantastic for you.

You may be able to grab a portable version of Chrome w/ scripts installed onto a USB thumb drive.. that way you're not installing anything onto their computer but it still functions perfectly fine. worth a look into.

Yeah when I post the full script you can just do "userscript" by "Christurk" on the forum search and it works flawlessly.. problem was w/ the JL I didn't do that haha.

Sadly I can't do that with the USB, they made a big point of not doing stuff like that in the training since it compromises the network security :/ That's a good point on the hourly since this job is only minimum wage, using mturk could drastically increase that.
