Yup. I made an appointment cause I could tell my iron was comatose low, and the nurse thought I was bsing basically. Ferritin was at a 7, bp was like 88/60, and my sugar was a glowing 69. So, certainly not close to my worst numbers, but not a peppy set of results lol. I was sitting there sipping an iced latte and the nurse kept asking how I was actually awake right now.

Answer: I am barely awake right now.

Second answer: Iron shots to your buttcheeks hurt.

I know someone who worked as a trainer for those classes so I heard a pretty biased opinion, but it was nothing but good things.

Every one I've ever been to had accredited trainers? I trained my first dog all the way thru the classes and he volunteered in nursing homes and such after that from a petsmart trainer and little dude was a full on PSYCHOPATH who had been booted from 7 homes prior to living with me lol. I started with a different trainer and they deemed him un-trainable. I like petsmart classes.
