Obviously I don't see the whole story but I saw a big ol chunk of it here. It's great that she's moving on with her life and healing and whatever the fuck (like you pointed out) but the shit that happened to you made you who you are today, and makes you react the way you do. I don't think you overreacted, I think you reacted in way that you needed to at the time. And hopefully she can take that at face value and if not, eh, fuck it. No skin off your nose. No matter what she does now she can't make up for the past with you. And she is narcissistic because this shit will always be about her, and how y'all won't let her change and blah blah. I have dealt with addicts/alcoholics (and fully recovered ones) and it's very typical behavior. You don't owe her anything, while she still owes you a lot.

I'm sorry you had to deal with all that shit. I hope you can find your father and get the peace of mind you need.
