You can always go to page 2 of your quals in the normal worker interface. Then guess what page # the qual you're looking for will be based on where the requester would be alphabetically. Change the page number in the URL and hit enter. Re-adjust the page #s until you find the right page. That's what I do sometimes.

I don't use firefox but it could just be a script conflict
