I wasn't aware I was going to have to wait, but I'm going to watch it on amazon video since that's where my HBO subscription is.

 

I don't get HD HBO on my cable package, but if I watch it on demand on my PC then I can watch in HD. I'd rather wait than watch in SD.

 

I don't get HBO at all My townhouse comes with Direct TV but no HBO
