I need to stop taking naps in the afternoon so I am not awake at this slow hour hula hooping

 

I woke up at 4 am and actually got a doctors visit, prescriptions picked up, Groceries Picked Up and Lunch with mom before I passed out at about 8pm, now I am wide awake

 

But I only made $18 on MTurk

 

I have got in a habit of when it slows down in the afternoon to lay down and watch TV but I end up napping until an alert gets me back up....today I ended up napping for 3 or so hours before something woke me up to work on.

 

I'm not RA though unlike him I know how to go to bed

 

Thats a good healthy nap. I can only usually get an hours or so in before I wake up

 

Does he just not sleep at all?
