does VRAPI care about return rates? I keep grabbing things because I think I can find them, and if I try first and grab later, @gurlondrums steals them from me. So I'm grabbing first and checking later, but I don't want him seeing me returning more than I submit and getting cranky and pulling my qual....

also anyone with pending unit bonuses, did he ever pay out? Is that just a line of filthy lies and I'll never see the $12 he owes me?

 

I've gotten most of my unit bonuses, I believe @ChrisTurk has a script for that?

Return rate doesn't matter
He pays out ~end of first week every month the last 3 months.

 

yeah, he does have a script. I have it, and it tells me david isn't paying out

 

There was one where this poor old lady tried to block out the info with a blue marker and I could still pretty easily make out all of the information. Poor, poor lady... NOT TODAY ha.

So, what I do is view and skip them. Returns don't matter as he is fully aware a lot of these are going to be hard to find. I just don't like to have a huge return. As for bonuses, he will pay them out eventually.

 

No, returns are fine. I haven't seen bonuses paid in a little while.

She has a STR permit, she doesn't give a shit if you ID her house because she's paying her taxes.

 

Not really that poor, though, because she's probably already paying the rental tax. Unless she's said she's not renting anymore, we're really just verifying something the county already knows and is getting paid for.

Well I don't view them for too long. Just long enough to see if it is possibly doable. Then once I have a queue full, I go through them

 

I grab one or two, slog through one, say fuck this, do the other one, decide I'm done for the day.

 

Are you sure no one would do something crazy like use the same permit pic for multiple listings? Accidentally swap images while they're trying to manage 100+ properties?
