This is what I use at home, it's fairly adjustable, if you're looking for a higher positioned rest.

I have one of these at work and it's okay, but the tilt doesn't lock and it kind of scoots around. If you have a carpet surface, it might scoot around a little less. They make the same one with a tilt lock, but I think it's only 3 position so who knows if any of those positions are good?

The only real noteworthy part of charles is their iOS app that can log LTE traffic. Well it would be noteworthy if the app wasn't so god damn buggy lol but it is a new product os hopefully it will be fixed. You can do the same thing on android with wireshark with a ton of effort and or expensive equipment and iOS if jailbroken and or with a bunch of equipment.

 

I've got the equipment and skill set to capture all traffic on my local network so not a problem.

 

LTE traffic is neat though as it behaves slightly differently and requires more equipment to capture than wifi. The only time it really matters though is for app testing as there are some extremely specific bugs that only happen on LTE and are a Grinch to debug. I'm pretty sure that most app devs just test on wifi and yolo.
