    Email them back. Looking at the TO looks like people were rejected for the same reason but got it reversed, since it looks like there is an error on their end.

    Yep. I'm hip to their game. Jokes on them cuz I'm not gonna use them and just keep paying the rest down so they just helped out my utilization a bunch and my credit score will gain a couple points. :p
