They provide you reports which are not always searchable. For my first report I wasted so much time thinking I could skim it and cherry pick information, but it was 74 pages long. I ended up downloading the PDF to convert it to make it searchable. Converting took Adobe at least 5 minutes. Other reports came searchable.
