I RGB up the peripherals, because I feel like it does actually add to the experience for me a little, but I find the RGB RAM, Fans, etc to be a bit unnecessary. I get it, but I'm not about to pay more for it. I have a friend who has RGB components in his computer... and no case window...

Cooler has some color too.

 

You could have built a PC for ~$1200 with AMD ryzen that would have been overkill for this. You also got freesync monitors when you should have gotten gsync monitors if you have a nvidia GPU.

Is it too late to return everything you have?... prob..

I suggest asking https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/ or the future equivalent next time before you build. Or just a second opinion in general.

 

I put a good 1000 hours into D1. I beat D2, played a few hours of the end game and decided to never give Bungie another cent of my money. I mean.. they didn't even change a single thing in the character creation screen between D1 and D2 and they sold it as a completely different game. It was an expansion at best.

 

I haven't played since launch, in fairness, so it's very likely better. But their model just seems... predatory. You end up paying more than a WoW sub a month for it, for less new content (which is saying something.)

I have heard things have gotten a bit better, but idk, everything was just a turn off for me, which is a shame, because it had a lot of potential, and in the moment it's a very fun game, there was just nothing rewarding to do, and each pay for DLC seemed to be pretty light for a relatively steep price tag.
