    So, vaguely depressing cabin update. The bank assessment came back a good bit under our offer and the owner was almost completely unwilling to drop the price and then no longer wanted to complete the required repairs to boot (he feels he shouldn’t have to spend his own money). Sooooo, we are back to looking for a house and now have to negotiate a month to month with our new landlords (our apartment building just sold and we had given a 30 day notice yay). We were supposed to close this week too. Sucks it got this far in and the guy was just bonkers unrealistic.

    Best part is the guy re-listed the house at about 10k over the assessment value cause he’s in escrow for another house in Colorado and needs his house to sell for a certain (unrealistic) amount.

    There was a big drop of Masters last year and there have been a few more people that have gotten it since then. Most of the new Masters have been over 50k approved and many over 100k approved.
